Dec. 2007: La'Casta and Caveland Choir presented the 2007 Christmas Musical, "That's the Good News!" The musical was a success in many ways, including seeing a young man accept Christ during the performance. With nearly five hundred attendees, the 2007 Christmas musical put Cave City and surrounding areas in the Christmas spirit!

Jan. 2008: The Elder and Deacon board began the preliminary stages of building the next sanctuary. Caveland's current sanctuary was completed in November 2006, and already has reached comfortable seating capacity. The rule of thumb says when a sanctuary becomes 70% full it is time to consider another building project. The current plans are to renovate the current sanctuary and make an education building (complete with a youth sanctuary) and build an adjoining building (sanctuary) that will seat approximately 900 persons. Please be in prayer about this awesome endeavor.

Mar. 2008: In March, Pastor Chad and the Caveland Mission Team will be traveling to the Dominican Republic. The mission team will be joining another mission team from Arizona and will conduct a medical outreach and also be involved in construction work at an orphanage. Pastor Chad and Melissa will be training pastors to use the Addiction Deliverance Outreach material to help people overcome substance abuse. His book and workbook are being translated in Spanish.
